GPS Fleet Solutions partners with independent agents and established companies to bring solutions to new markets and prospects. The key to our telematics program is GPS Fleet Solutions will assist in the sales process and handle the service after the sale for 1099 agents and level II support for dealers. In addition to assisting with the sales process, GPS Fleet Solutions provides online training, technical support and customer service after the sale. This method allows you to focus on what you do best- identifying new opportunities and leveraging relationships in your area. Although there are minimum sales quantities to meet on a quarterly basis for ongoing commissions, the goals are relatively low and are to ensure this is not a part-time or one-time event.

The independent agent program is ideal for people selling cellular and other services to businesses every day. Agents have strong contacts and relationships but no infrastructure to service customers or deal with support issues. GPS Fleet Solutions will assist as needed during the sales process, including giving the presentation online, to ensure accurate and complete information is provided. Compensation is provided in a one-time payout on a per vehicle unit basis. This relationship has a very simple relationship agreement and no commitment to a monthly quota. This is essentially a 1099 contractor relationship working on straight commission. This relationship works well for the one-time opportunities where future sales are not projected..

Dealers are trained and supported behind the scenes by GPS Fleet Solutions, but efforts are made to provide the dealer's brand as the primary brand. Dealers earn revenue on equipment, installation and on a monthly basis with a commitment to minimum sales quantities. Dealers invoice customers directly and pay GPS Fleet Solutions separately. Dealers have to have the financial resources to provide net terms to customers even though GPS Fleet Solutions is paid on order for equipment and monthly service. Dealers have to deal with bad debt and collections while still paying GPS Fleet Solutions on time. GPS Fleet Solutions will provide sales support, consult with the dealer to address issues, identify opportunities and offer access to regular online webinar training and training videos. Dealer customers can attend and utilize GPS Fleet Solutions webinar training and online training library of videos.
