Units returned that are out of warranty and found to be working, will be charged a $35 bench testing fee plus S&H.

Warranties extend 1 year from the date of purchase and exclude: Labor to uninstall or reinstall a unit, S&H, or replacement parts not due to manufacturer defects. If a unit must be returned, we recommend returning all components for testing. Sending just the unit may not resolve the issue and may lead to additional expenses.

Returns and RMAs require a Case number supplied by technical support. Units returned without a case # will not be accepted.
