#1 - Clean, Simple, Functional
Checkmate is designed so all features related to an area are grouped together. For example, other GPS systems lump reports all in one tab where Checkmate puts reports related to drivers on one tab along with other driver related tools. This keeps users from having to 1. navigate the full site to get driver info 2. minimizes training to user responsibilities, not the entire site.
#2 - Auxiliary / PTO Activity
Monitor auxiliary activity such as seat belt use, tow winch use, or spray pump on map and in reports to understand safety and productivity. The new GO4v2 units can monitor up to 8 auxiliary inputs at once!
#3 - Risk Management Report
Enterprise summary reports for a quick snapshot of fleet performance. Quickly spot opportunities for improvement.
#4 - Congregating Vehicles
This one of a kind report shows when 2 or more vehicles are congregating in unauthorized locations. Stop the wasted time at gas stations or meeting for lunch or ensure the proper number of vehicles are at the job site.
#5 - Activity and Trips Report
Review details on each trip made during the course of the day. Green highlights show stops in customers zones. Red highlights excess idle time.
#6 - Fleet Efficiency & Compliance
Summarized information provides managers a high level view of driver behavior. Quickly pick out driving exceptions including excessive idle time, speeding, after hours trips and harsh breaking.
#7 - Trips List Review
Match trips to the map and display multiple vehicles on the map at one time to compare routes and spot inefficiency.
#8 - Accident Reconstruction
Second-by-second data for the last 100 minutes of driving provides unparalleled insight into accidents. These details can defend a driver or help your legal counsel determine to rapidly settle a lawsuit. No other system on the market that we are aware of offers this capability.
#9 - Customer Zones / Geo-Fences
Dynamically create zones around customer locations to track time spent at a job. Job costing, exceptions and alerts are a few features associated with customer zones.
Zones can also be imported from an csv or Excel file. Large zones can also be created for operational areas or "no-go" areas.
#10 - Dispatch Fleet View
Monitor all or specific vehicles in real-time as new data is provided by the vehicles enabling dispatchers to make good dispatching decisions.
You can also restrict users to only view functional areas in Checkmate such as this dispatchers view. Dispatchers don't need to see device setup screens, run reports or administer the system. This works great in enterprise level implementations.
#11 - Route Matching
Users can create routes using zones and have Checkmate match the driving behavior of your vehicle to the route. This reduces the time required to compare the planned route to the actual route driven.
#12 - Satellite Mapping from Bing
Checkmate offers the benefit of satellite mapping to customer accessing their GPS data via our website. Satellite maps are beneficial to creating accurate zones for odd shaped properties and determining the nature of a stop at an un-zoned location.
#13 - User Security Permissions
In large organizations it is necessary to control who can make changes and view certain information. Checkmate offers extensive user group security permission control for virtually all aspects of the system. Reducing access to all areas also reduces training time to functional areas.
#14 - GO4v2 Included Wiring
In-cab buzzer modifies behaviors for excess speed, idling, revving or PTO activity. Device records 100 minutes of second-by-second data to verify accident info, dispute traffic tickets or address complaints. Optional driver specific tracking using Driver ID keys.
